This week we’re going to discuss how Pagemodo can help small businesses of all kinds, including franchises, flourish on Facebook. For the “Facebook Fan Page of the Week” we’re highlighting a Curves franchise that is using two different Pagemodo-built custom tabs to market their popular women’s exercise franchise “Curves” which was listed by CNNMoney as the ninth most popular franchise in America.
This Curves franchise is based in San Diego, and uses both a custom Welcome tab and video tab to engage with potential Curves customers.
The welcome tab provides both imagery and an overview of what Curves offers—30 minute strength training to help customers reach their fitness and health goals. They are also encouraging visitors to “like” them in order to continue to see information about events, promotions and tips. On their Welcome page they also have a link to their website so visitors can get more detailed information about their locations and how to join Curves.
The video tab, titled “$10 Offer” uses one of Curves franchise videos to highlight success stories of other Curves members. Potential customers always like to hear about how others users have achieved their success—especially when it comes to exercise—video is great way to communicate that.
Having both a custom welcome tab and a video is great way to communicate their capabilities in a succinct, but engaging way. This work for a franchise like Curves, but can also be applied to any type of small business.
