Since launching the initial beta version of this tool a few months back, we’ve been gathering feedback from our users in order to make sure the final release is exactly what they need. The team here at Pagemodo is kicking off the new year with a new feature. We’ve updated and improved the way Pagemodo Posts users can share their social posts across available networks.

With the newly designed interface, users select the layout of their post, the networks they want to share it on (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn), the text to accompany the post, and the thumbnail image that will be shown alongside it. They can then choose to post now, or add it to their post queue to be shared later. read more

To be honest, we’re a little sad to say goodbye to 2013. It was truly one of our most exciting years yet here at Pagemodo. The feedback we gleaned from customers and industry experts helped us create some exciting tools that can really have an impact for our users and their businesses.  Today we’re going to review those new tools as part of our series looking back at what happened in the social media space in 2013.

In March, we were delighted to finally release Pagemodo Posts, which really introduced a new role for Pagemodo in our users’ marketing efforts. With custom tabs and cover photos, we were primarily helping users improve the look, feel and functionality of their Facebook business pages. With Posts, however, we wanted to improve the way that brands communicate with their followers. Posts makes it easier for marketers to find, share, and schedule high-quality content from across the web, improving the experience of content sharing for the marketing and the Facebook audience. read more

Over the past year, Pagemodo users have been telling us they need help creating visual, engaging images for their social media posts. There are 3 reasons for this:

–  Not everybody has the design eye to create highly appealing, professional marketing images
–  Professional tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are pricey
–  Hiring a designer is expensive and slows down the process

One thing is clear: there is a big advantage to creating visual marketing designs. Users are 44% more likely to engage with content on social media that contains pictures (Hubspot). Not only that – photo posts generate 53% more likes than the average post and 104% more comments than the average post, too.  And as Facebook Ads become more important, and social networks like Pinterest and Instagram keep growing, the importance of a professional image has never been greater. read more

Since launching Pagemodo Posts, our exciting new content posting tool, we have seen a great response from our users. To date, posts created using Pagemodo Posts have been seen by over 30 million Facebook users!

We’ve also been collecting feedback from Pagemodo users since day one, and we’ve used those comments to revamp Posts with more of what you’ve asked for – suggested content.

In addition to some dashboard changes (like improved Post preview) that will be rolling out soon, our main focus has been adding more options and improved time-saving features to help users create even better posts with more tailored content for their fans and followers. What motivated the team to create Pagemodo Posts?
